血液树突细胞抗原2(BDCA2)是一种在人浆细胞样树突细胞(pDC)上表 达的C型凝集素,与红斑狼疮的发病机制有关。BDCA2由在其C端的单个胞外碳水化合物识别域 (CRD) (其属于II类C型凝集素组)、跨膜区和在其N端的短胞质尾区(其不含信号基序)组成。BDCA2通过相关的跨膜衔接子FcεRIγ传播胞内信号,并诱导B 细胞受体(BCR)样信号传导级联。
使用人源化的抗BDCA2单克隆抗体治疗是否能有效降低皮肤红斑狼疮患者的疾病活动性还没有被广泛研究。
