TACI(Transmembrane Activator and CAML Interactor)是由TNFRSF13B基因编码的一种受体,属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族(TNF receptor superfamily)。主要存在于B细胞和浆细胞上,并在免疫系统的调控中发挥重要作用。
TACI胞外包含两个半胱氨酸富集结构域(CRD),这两个结构域负责与其主要配体BAFF(B-cell Activating Factor)和APRIL(A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand)结合,使得TACI能够特异性识别和结合配体,从而启动信号传导。TACI信号传导在B细胞的存活、成熟和抗体生成中起关键作用。
