血液树突细胞抗原2(BDCA2)是一种在人浆细胞样树突细胞(pDC)上表达的C型凝集素,与红斑狼疮的发病机制有关。BDCA2由在其C端的单个胞外碳水化合物识别域 (CRD) (其属于II类C型凝集素组)、跨膜区和在其N端的短胞质尾区(其不含信号基序)组成。BDCA2通过相关的跨膜衔接子FcεRIγ传播胞内信号,并诱导B细胞受体(BCR)样信号传导级联。
吉满生物H_BDCA2 Reporter DDX35™ Jurkat Cell Line报告基因细胞系,稳定表达BDCA2等基因。当BDCA2激动剂与BDCA2受体结合时,激活下游报告基因,促进荧光素酶(Luciferase)的表达。通过测量Luciferase活性,可客观评估信号通路的激活效果,为BDCA2靶向药物的筛选和验证提供重要参考。此外,通过大量单克隆、多轮单克隆等筛选,获得的具有高稳定特性同时兼具高灵敏性、高倍率性的优选单克隆。可以满足客户批量建库、放行实验等标准。
