激活素 II 型受体(ActRII)包括ActRIIA (ACVR2A)和ActRIIB(ACVR2B)两种不同受体,它们属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)受体家族的成员,是包括活化素A(Activin A)和活化素B(Activin B)及BMP7、BMP9、BMP10、GDF1、GDF8(myostatin)、 GDF11和Nodal在内的其他TGF-β家族成员的II型号受体。 ALK4和ALK7分别是活化素A和活化素B的主要I型TGF-β受体家族成员。Bimagrumab 是一种人源单克隆抗体,可阻断激活素 II 型受体 (ActRII),从而对骨骼肌生长进行调节。
吉满生物H_ACVR2B Reporter DDX35™ Cell Line是基于 ACVR2A Knockout细胞构建的一种 Luciferase 报告基因细胞系。将ACVR2A基因敲除,因此Activin A等蛋白只能结合ACVR2B激活下游信号通路。通过加入特定的拮抗型抗体,阻断由此激活的下游信号通路,随后,通过测定荧光信号确定荧光素酶(Luciferase)的表达,间接评估拮抗剂对信号通路的影响程度。该细胞系经多轮单克隆筛选,兼具高稳定性、高灵敏度与高信噪比,适用于批量建库、药物放行检测及标准化实验流程。
