Background Anti-PD1×VEGF hIgG4 Antibody (20-Fab-0313-IgG4-V94L) is a bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously target programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This dual-targeting approach synergistically combines immune checkpoint blockade with anti-angiogenic therapy.The antibody utilizes an IgG4 backbone, which is commonly employed in anti-PD-1 immunotherapies to minimize antibody-dependent effector functions.The V94L mutation is a specific modification to the IgG4 Fc region, potentially aimed at mitigating Fc-Fc interactions or other immune inhibitory effects associated with the IgG4 isotype, which could otherwise lead to therapeutic resistance.By blocking both pathways, this antibody seeks to overcome the limitations of combined single-agent therapies, such as differing pharmacokinetics, and aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity while reducing immunosuppression from the tumor microenvironment
Storage Store at 2-8℃ short term (1-2 weeks).Store at ≤ -20℃ long term. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
