Background | FcεRI (high-affinity IgE receptor) is expressed on the surfaces of mast cells, eosinophils, platelets, and other immune cells, and serves as a key receptor in classical allergic reactions. The receptor is conventionally composed of α, β, and γ subunits, with the α subunit responsible for high-affinity IgE binding, and the β/γ subunits participating in signal transduction. Expression is predominantly observed in mast cells and mast cell–like cells, basophils, and a subset of dendritic cells, among others. Transcriptional regulation of FcεRI involves multiple transcription factors, including the GATA family, PU.1, and C/EBP, as well as epigenetic factors. Environmental stimuli such as infections, inflammatory cues, and certain IgE-related stimuli can modulate the expression levels of FcεRI subunits. |
Storage | Store at 2-8℃ short term (1-2 weeks).Store at ≤ -20℃ long term. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw. |
Formulation | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2-7.4. |
Endotoxin | < 1 EU/mg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay |
